Most companies know AI matters. Few know where to start. At Roland Berger, I work with C-level teams at major companies, helping them turn AI ambitions into real architectures, working solutions, and clear delivery plans.
I don't just advise. I build. AI systems, fine-tuned models, agentic workflows, process automations, data pipelines, analytics tools. I code the solution, walk into the boardroom, demo it live, and hand over something the team can actually use. Years of research gave me technical depth. Consulting taught me how to make it count.
I studied theoretical physics in Belarus, then moved to Munich for computer science. Graduated top 1% of my year. Spent several years after that in R&D, researching quantum machine learning. That scientific foundation shapes how I think about every problem I take on.
